| Most vans used by LUL are diesel-engined, but there are a few that are petrol. The VW Caddy model is available with either, and 8264VW is one of just three LUL Caddy vans known to have been petrol-engined (compared with 295 diesel ones). It was based at Lillie Bridge, the other pair being at Stratford Market and withdrawn in mid-2024. Photographed at Acton Works on 18th January 2025, 8264VW is now perhaps also on its way out. |
