I still don't know much about the function of the well@tfl vehicle, though it can often be seen in the lorry yard at Acton Works. 9168C is a Citroen Relay van which I have described as a crew van but I suspect it has some specialised interior. The black livery certainly helps it to stand out, as seen on 18th January 2025.
