| Although the number is not carried, this small fuel tanker trailer is believed to be allocated T79, and used to refuel on-track plant machines during engineering works. It is often to be seen in the lorry yard at Acton Works, as here on 18th January 2025 when it was coupled to Ford Transit van 9138F. Note how the rear step on the van has a hinged section to allow access to the tow-bar. In the background was surplus Mercedes Econic dustcart LO66ZRD, out of use for around 2 years and destined to be auctioned off at the end of January. |
