| A number of surplus vehicles were put up for auction by Wilsons of Newcastle at the end of January 2025. It is not known if they were all sold, and it is thought they had not actually been moved prior to the auction, but it can probably be assumed that none will see any further service. Included in the sale were the two Cartwright 3-axle semi-trailers dating from 1999. T66 was seen in the lorry yard at Acton on 18th January, while sister T65 was also nearby. On the right can be seen some of the newer trailers that have replaced these, in the shape of Dennison T77 and Nooteboom T80. The now disused Frank Pick House looms in the background. |
