| Parked in Northolt on 9th February (across the road from 8848F) was TfL Ford Transit Connect van 9320F, which also had a yellow 'safety' stripe applied. A correspondent had reported seeing one of the new TfL vans with a side stripe, though this was not confirmed at the time. It could be that this will be a new livery policy. The side stripe is formed of highly reflective material, and greatly enhances the visibility of vehicles, particularly at night. With the previous standard liveries, the coloured stripe above the blue skirt had been reflective, but the new TfL plain white scheme has none. Reports and/or photos of any similarly-marked vehicles would be appreciated. |
