| Another photo that is more for information than for quality! Two TfL-branded Ford Transit Connect vans were delivered to London Overground in 2024 but they took some time to positively identify. Both are normally kept in the car park at Silwood Triangle, between the railway lines to Queens Road Peckham and New Cross, and they could often be seen from passing trains but always seemed to be parked in the wrong position to get their numbers. Eventually, on 1st April 2025, I took my super zoom camera to the parallel Somerfield Street and (fortunately) found the vans parked side-on. 9358F on the left is a crew van, while 9290F on the right is a plain van. The other vans present were unmarked and may have been hires or with contractors. 9290F and 9358F replaced Overground-liveried Toyota Yaris cars 9005T and 9006T. |
