| I don't usually show 'repeat' photographs on LTSV, but sometimes it is worth doing to highlight something that has changed or (as in this case) not changed. 8199VW is a Volkswagen Transporter van that carries an Incident Response Vehicle variant of the former Trams version of the white/blue livery. Delivered in early October 2016 it is coming up to its tenth birthday, which is fairly unusual for vehicles in the leased fleet. As the oldest member of the leased fleet, replacement in the near future seems to be quite likely. The van was photographed in its normal parking space at the south end of the main building at Therapia Lane depot on 5th September 2026. |
